Job Description

We are looking for talented and highly motivated individuals that will grow with us. We currently seek a full-time Logistics Coordinator who will act as the point of contact for some of our key clients, ensuring that their cargo is moved efficiently and on time.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who possess the ability to multi-task, be team players, and are great at solving issues on their own.
The candidate will be trained on understanding the import/export industry as well as different port systems.
Here are some of the responsibilities that will be handled by the account manager:
Procurement of carriers in all the Qatar Port
Tracking and tracing container shipments via terminal portals ensuring accurate ETA's into our destinations ports.
Scheduling appointments/follow-ups with clients, delivery destinations, and carriers
Tracking equipment and updating our in own portal with container events
General office duties Emails, Phone Calls etc
Import/Export Knowledge
Sea & Air Shipment Experience
Previous working experience in Logistics is preferable
